Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At The Twinkle Club, we believe in the transformative power of our work — and we stand behind it. We've designed our refund policy to be fair, transparent, and rooted in one principle: real transformation requires real participation.

We offer a 7-day refund window with one important condition: you must have attended at least one live session. Why? Because we want you to have genuinely experienced the work — not just purchased it. A program you haven't engaged with cannot be fairly evaluated, and we believe in giving our methodology a real chance to show up for you.

This policy reflects our commitment to both quality and fairness — protecting the integrity of our programs and the investment of every member who shows up fully.

2. The 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your purchase, provided all conditions below are met.

The 7-day window begins on the date your payment is confirmed — not from when you first log in or attend a session. We encourage you to engage promptly so you can make a fully informed decision.

Important: Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window has closed will not be eligible for consideration, regardless of the reason, except in extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.

3. Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

Timing: Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase date

Session Attendance: You must have attended at least one live session (Neurothon, Monday Mastermind, Deep Work Session, or equivalent live event within the program)

Written Request: You must email us at hello@thetwinkleclub.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name]" and include a brief reason for your request

No Content Distribution: You have not shared, distributed, or reproduced any program materials

Community Conduct: You have not violated the Code of Conduct or been removed from the community

One Refund Per Person: Refunds are limited to one per individual. If you have previously received a refund, you are not eligible for another

4. Non-Refundable Items & Programs

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

Diamond Certification Program — Due to the high-touch, personalised, and limited-seat nature of 1:1 and elite group coaching, all Diamond program fees are non-refundable once the onboarding session has been scheduled

Digital Products — Workbooks, PDF guides, templates, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

Free Programs & Masterclasses — No fees collected, therefore no refund applicable

Programs with Special or Discounted Pricing — Sales, launch pricing, or scholarship seats are non-refundable

Renewals & Upgrades — Membership renewals and program upgrades are non-refundable

Processing Fees — Any payment gateway or processing charges are non-refundable

5. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to submit your refund request:

Email us at hello@thetwinkleclub.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Full Name]"

Include in your email: Your full name, registered email address, program name, date of purchase, and the name of the live session you attended

Share your reason — A brief, honest explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations. This helps us improve.

Wait for confirmation — Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days

Refund processing — If approved, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

We respond to every refund request with respect and care. We may reach out for a brief conversation before processing, as we genuinely want to understand if there's a better way to serve you.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund Timeline

Review Period: 3 business days from receipt of your email

Processing Time: 7–10 business days after approval

Bank Credit: May take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.). We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or as cash.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered as a standard policy. However, in exceptional cases where a member has experienced a verified technical inability to access content through no fault of their own, we may offer a partial credit or session extension at our discretion.

Credit notes or extensions are offered at our sole discretion and do not replace the refund policy conditions outlined above.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We are human, and we understand that life happens. In the event of a documented medical emergency, bereavement, or other serious circumstance that prevented participation within the 7-day window, please write to us with relevant documentation. We will review each such case individually with empathy.

This exception is at our sole discretion and does not constitute a blanket extension of the refund policy. We appreciate your understanding.
