These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, programs, memberships, digital products, and community offerings provided by The Twinkle Club, operated by Twinkle Lalwani, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in any program or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at thetwinkleclub.com, registering for any program, attending a masterclass, or becoming a member of The Twinkle Club, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age

You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms

You accept our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy as incorporated herein

All information you provide to us is accurate and complete

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Our Services

The Twinkle Club offers a range of coaching, education, and community services, including but not limited to:

Free Masterclasses — Weekly live sessions introducing The Twinkle Protocol

The Twinkle Club Membership — 90-day transformation membership with live sessions, community access, and resources

Diamond Certification Program — High-ticket 1:1 and group coaching combining psychology, NLP, emotional intelligence, graphology, and graphotherapy

FAB Program & NeuroSync Bootcamp — Structured transformation programs

Digital Products & Workbooks — Downloadable coaching resources

The Feminine Rise Program — Women's transformation and emotional mastery

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Enrollment & Access

Upon successful payment and enrollment:

You will receive access credentials to the iMultiply LMS platform and relevant WhatsApp/community groups

Access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share login credentials or program content with others

Membership access is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 90 days for The Twinkle Club membership)

Live session schedules are set by Twinkle Lalwani and may be adjusted with advance notice

Session recordings are made available to enrolled members via the LMS for the duration of their membership

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in any program

Program access dates begin from the date of payment confirmation, not from when you first log in. Please plan accordingly.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Payments are processed securely via iMultiply's integrated payment gateway

Prices are subject to change. Existing enrollments are honored at the price paid at the time of purchase

In case of payment failure, no access will be granted until payment is confirmed

EMI or instalment plans, where offered, are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of purchase

All transactions are subject to our Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by and for The Twinkle Club is the exclusive intellectual property of Twinkle Lalwani. This includes:

The T-W-I-N-K-L-E Protocol™ and all its components

The 3R NeuroSync Process (Reflect, Rewire, Rise)™

The Execution Activation Switch™

All course materials, workbooks, slide decks, scripts, session recordings, videos, PDFs, and frameworks

The Twinkle Club brand name, logo, and visual identity

You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit written permission from Twinkle Lalwani. Unauthorised use constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued legally.

Your enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal growth and transformation only.

6. Code of Conduct

The Twinkle Club is a premium, psychologically safe community. As a member, you agree to:

Treat all community members, coaches, and staff with respect and dignity

Maintain confidentiality regarding personal disclosures made by others in sessions or community spaces

Not use the community for self-promotion, solicitation, or recruitment without prior permission

Not share, distribute, or leak any program materials outside the community

Engage with coaching processes honestly and in good faith

Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the community without refund.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Twinkle Club provides coaching, education, and community support. We are not a licensed medical, psychiatric, or clinical therapy service. Our programs are designed for personal development and professional growth.

Twinkle Lalwani is a Positive Psychologist and certified coach. Participation in our programs is not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, clinical depression, suicidal ideation, or any serious psychological condition, please seek help from a licensed mental health professional before or alongside participation in our programs.

While we are committed to delivering the highest quality programs, we cannot guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Twinkle Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

8. Session Recordings & Confidentiality

Live group sessions may be recorded and made available exclusively to enrolled members of that program

By attending live sessions, you consent to being recorded

You agree not to share, screenshot, or distribute session recordings outside the community

1:1 coaching sessions with Twinkle Lalwani are strictly confidential and are not shared with any third party

Testimonials or case studies are shared only with your explicit written consent

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all programs without refund if you:

Violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct

Engage in intellectual property theft or content distribution

Engage in abusive, disrespectful, or harmful conduct toward any member or staff

Provide false information during enrollment

You may also choose to leave a program at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably through direct communication before pursuing legal remedies.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
